Why do I steadily incorporate driving rhythms in my selection of Music? Because for me the igniton of the internal fires of the system with a steady percussive pulse allows for almost a transcendent experience. A dynamic approach, filtered from chattering mind.

Once you engage in this dance all hindering senses of powerlessness peels away. Perhaps because my years as a dancer and the passion for my Sadhana combine to fuel this display, this marriage of movement, sound, breath, strength and yes LOVE.
