The greater the emphasis upon perfection the further it recedes.
What’s before you? What’s behind you? What’s within you?
Many awaken and greet their day immediately overwhelmed by the myriad of tasks and duties demanding attention, bombarded by self talk and to do lists. Then, we venture out into the World, adorned with our shields of protection in the form of body language designed to protect us and shield us from harm while we participate in the Cosmic ‚Leela‘ of it all. All experiences plant themselves in the sinews and bones of our ‚Being‘. In the cells and atoms of our fabric. All emotions (E:energy. motions: movement) and impressions and thoughts leave their traces in our Body, Mind and Spirit. My intention is to help you consciously understand the role that breath and movement have in allowing us wellness and wholeness. Let us embark on the most intimate experience you will ever have. The reintroduction to the ultimate relationship: the one with yourself!
Private classes allow attention to ones individual needs. No matter what limitations the body may reveal, there is always a way to find a moderation through one on one instruction.
With so many studios in Berlin and so many people seeking a new lifestyle that offers them a balanced approach to life, I enjoy working in the studios where I get to meet a wide variety of people. All ages, all cultures, all sizes, all with the same goal. That indescribable sense of wellness. I teach in many studios in Berlin and I am open to any invitation to teach in others, whether Yoga or Fitness…
Breathing exercises, sounds, Mantras and even the diet can gently guide you into the unexplored realms of your Mind and Spirit. Here I will explain the different approaches. It is the process of focused awareness to the breath which in turn allows the Mind and the entire nervous system to settle into a calm, open and conscious space of awareness. Many aspects of our being benefit from a regular meditation practice.
More and more institutions and businesss are discovering the benefits of making Yoga available to their employees in the atmosphere of the workplace. I have taught for companies that create a room or extra space where during breaks at lunch or early morning, before the work day really begins, they have the opportunity to ground their bodies, open their breathing capacity and improve their focus of mind and creativity.
I recommend this to any business who wants that extra edge in a competitive market.
To everything there is a Season, and a time to every purpose under Heaven.
Begin with the Possible; begin with one step. There is always a limit. You cannot do more than you can. If you try to do too much you will do nothing.
P.D. Ouspensky and G.I. Gurdjieff
Just as the ocean remains undisturbed by the incessant flow of waters from rivers merging into it, likewise the sage who is unmoved despite the flow of desirable objects all around him attains peace, and not the person who strives to satisfy desires.
