Gaudi’s dream tune
In the 1970’s there was a pop tune titled ‘Well I’ve never been to Spain but I’ve been to Oklahoma‘ by a group called Three Dog Night. It had a catchy melody and conjures up immediately the atmosphere of these times.
I have been to Spain for 2 short trips: Seville and Mallorca. I have however never been to’ Barcelona’. I’ve never seen the architectural Masterpiece of Gaudi, but have marveled at the images so often displayed in Travel Magazines and brochures.
In this months music selection I picked an Artist by the name of ‘Takashi Kokubo’. He created a piece named Barcelona ‘Gaudi’s dream’. It is a beautiful ambient music journey that I found was compatible with ‘The Artists Way’.
For no matter where we are, what we do, what we aspire for, it is the spirit of unabashed creativity that allows for our spiritual evolution. The Devotion to giving it expression in a myriad of ways. I think Gaudi embodies that in the majestic works he has contributed to the world of architecture. And in a way, aren’t we all under construction….
Enjoy it and listen to it in the link below, ..Viva Spain!!
