Anatomy of Hatha Yoga, by H. David Coulter –

Every once in a while there is a book that you just sense will last the test of time and be gratefully used by people in need of its clear and concise knowledge and information.

Anatomy of Hatha Yoga by H. David Coulter is one of these books. It is written in terms every seriously engaged trainer, student and practitioner can appreciate. Easy to understand whether or not you have had minimal or intensive studies on the human anatomy. It is focused on how Hatha Yoga enhances and supports all systems in the body. Of course such information is included in many of the major Yoga instructional books.

Still I encourage including this book in your library. It includes photos and diagrams that are clearly displayed and easy to comprehend.

There is no doubt that you will return to this book over and over again whenever you are confronted with challenging limitations in your joints, muscles and skeletal system. You will gain very useful knowledge that will help support your practice in many healing and holistic ways.
