About Yoga
Many awaken and greet their day immediately overwhelmed by the myriad of tasks and duties demanding attention, bombarded by self talk and to do lists. Then, we venture out into the World, adorned with our shields of protection in the form of body language designed to protect us and shield us from harm while we participate in the Cosmic ‚Leela‘ of it all. All experiences plant themselves in the sinews and bones of our ‚Being‘. In the cells and atoms of our fabric. All emotions (E:energy. motions: movement) and impressions and thoughts leave their traces in our Body, Mind and Spirit. My intention is to help you consciously understand the role that breath and movement have in allowing us wellness and wholeness. Let us embark on the most intimate experience you will ever have. The reintroduction to the ultimate relationship: the one with yourself!

Meditation
Breathing exercises, sounds, Mantras and even the diet can gently guide you into the unexplored realms of your Mind and Spirit. Here I will explain the different approaches. It is the process of focused awareness to the breath which in turn allows the Mind and the entire nervous system to settle into a calm, open and conscious space of awareness. Many aspects of our being benefit from a regular meditation practice.
